Cant get it

Whwn i went ro recieve it from the delivery point in Beni suef , the guy told me am not allowed to open the box and i must recieve it closed ..nonsense ..how can i get a closed enveloped box which i dont know what is inside or does it suit me or not ! Is it same as pic ! Is it same clour ! Same aize !! But it seems the guy who put these obstacles doesnt know anything about marketting 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
