Step 1: Contact Us
Please call Premoda Customer Service at 01033337346 / 01012620642 to request a return. Our team will guide you through the process and collect the necessary details.
Also you can send us an email on premoda-ecom@sta-egypt.com, or log in to your account via this link to initiate your return request directly.

Step 2: Courier Pick-Up
Once your request is confirmed, our assigned courier will contact you to schedule a convenient time to collect the items.

Step 3: Preparing Your Items
Please ensure that all product tags and original packaging are intact. If the packaging is not available, kindly make sure the items are securely packed to ensure safe return delivery.

Step 4: Review & Approval
Once we receive your items, our team will inspect them and either approve or reject your return request based on their condition.

Step 5: If you paid by credit or debit card and cancel within the allowed timeframe, we will process a refund as quickly as possible. Please note that the exact timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing procedures and may take up to 14 working days

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
• Underwear
• Socks
• Small Accessories (e.g., jewelry such as necklaces, earrings, rings)
• Fur items
• Swimwear
• Face masks
