Refund policy

Online Return Process:

**Step 1:** Call or WhatsApp Premoda Customer Service at 01033337346 or 01012620642 to inform them that you want to return. Please provide the required details to the customer service representative. If the lines are busy, send an email to premoda-ecom@sta-egypt.com or visit your account and follow the steps to select the items you wish to return.

Please note that you can no longer return, refund or exchange in our stores.

Step 2: Our assigned courier will contact you to arrange a pickup time for the items you wish to return.

Step 3: Please ensure the product tags and packaging materials are intact or securely closed for safe delivery.

Step 4: Once we receive the products, we will review your return and either approve or reject your request depending on the status of the returning item. 

We do not accept returns for:

  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Small Accessories not only necklaces, earrings, and rings.
  • Fur
  • Swimwear
  • Face Masks
  • Sunglasses 

Step 5: You will be refunded within 14 days of our receiving your return and doing quality check.

Refunds

Subject to the above exclusions, we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned products, excluding any delivery charges you paid for through ordering. 

If a return is received that has been claimed for defect but in fact fails to be approved, the item will be resent and shipping costs will be added.
Normally if you paid with any online payment method, you will be refunded using the same method but If you paid in Cash, you will be refunded with one of the payment options below : 

  1. Bank transfer 
  2. Voucher code
  3. Website credit
  4. Wallet payment
  5. Cash refunds (fees applied)


    Exchanges Process

    If you would like to exchange any products, you may follow the same steps for returns & refunds.
